What if I exceed my plan limits?
We will always inform you about exceeding your plan limits. In your free plan, you will have 14 days to decide whether to upgrade your plan or to reduce the amount of data you send.
Exceeding your limits in one of our chargeable plans will result in either a prorated overage charge based on your plan's current cost per data point or cost per Data Series respectively (depending on the limit you exceed), or an automatic plan upgrade. We will always choose the cheaper option for you.
How do I upgrade my FREE account to a paid package?
If you have a FREE acount and want to upgrade, log in to your Cronimon account and click on "Upgrade" on the "Account Options" page.
How much data can I send?
Cronimon is a very robust system and allows you to send up to 25 million data points a month. If you require additional data points please contact us for an individual offer.
What does 30 day money back guarantee mean?
If you're not happy with Cronimon, just cancel your account within 30 days and we'll automatically refund you the full amount. Guaranteed.
Can I purchase the same plan twice?
If you need more Data Series or data points than included in your plan, you can just use them. We will charge you for exceeding your limits based on your plan's current cost per data point or cost per Data Series respectively. If you exceed the limits to a level where the next bigger plan was cheaper, you have the option to upgrade your account.
Will I get a partial refund if I cancel in the middle of my payment cycle?
You can cancel your account any time. Your account will stay open until the end of the month. You will be billed for this month, but you won´t be billed again.
If you cancel within your first 30 days you'll be refunded the full amount you already paid.
